The APC is basically stand-alone; many people install these systems on other turbocharged cars (Volvo, etc.) You do NOT need to put a Turbo harness in your car. Just use your Bentley manual for the wiring and set it all up. If you want, install the boost gauge from your rusted SPG in your dash...
As for EZK: Yes, you can run EZK with the Turbo engine. What you need to do is run a Turbo distributor, including using its hall sensor for the tach signal (as opposed to the crank-mounted hall sensor). In addition, you'll need to remove the vacuum capsule and customize it so the arm moves only under pressure, NOT under vacuum. So what you're doing is allowing the EZK to manage off-boost advance (which it does better than the stock Turbo timing system), but letting the Turbo's mechanical boost retard function handle boost timing.
For the APC's knock sensor, remove the EZK sensor bolt, stack the APC KS on top of it, and bolt them down together using a longer bolt.
That all said, the Turbo ignition is very simple, and may be used instead of the EZK without much trouble. Do NOT use the NA ignition controle module with the Turbo ignition. I have read about, but have no experience with, people using straight EZK with APC'd turbo engines without troubles. (Volvo Turbos in the 80s did this: they ran EZK but had nothing like an APC boost controller.) If it were me, I'd throw in the APC and see how the knock goes with the EZK before messing with timing systems.
Use a Turbo ECU.
