Hey thanks Smartin.
That did the trick... got 4.69 volts constantly with no variation.
So I'm assuming H.Sensor is bad..
I see one of our sponsors has a "Hall Sensor Splice Kit"
Do you know how these work? It's less than half the price of the whole HS.
Would I need to see what is wrong with my sensor before I would know if I could use the alternate kit?
