i would flush both brakes and clutch, as well as flush coolant and know that you have a fresh starting point for those. perhaps changing t/stat and gasket at same time wouldn't hurt, although that may not be an issue unless you're having overheat problems.
check/replace all vacuum lines, clean the aic valve and throttle body housing, and run some chevron techron thru the tank a couple of times with fill ups.
if you're in the snow belt, check your seat heaters and defrost (no w/s fogging) so you're nice and toasty. also check rear defrost and see if all the lines clear (so you know if any of them are non func.).
