I'm not positive, but I believe the only non-power antenna Saab made for 900s was a one-piece, non-telescopic fiberglass type. If that is, in fact, correct, then the seller may be confusing his telescopic antenna with OEM because of the mounting piece at the top, which appears to be a Saab part. I have seen this OEM part attached to non-OEM antennas on a couple junkyard cars.
BTW, the fiberglass one-piece unit appears to be available still from Saab: p/n 0259986, suggested retail $32. I had one on a 99; pretty nice, and strong. Just remove it if you go through an automatic car wash.
