The Instrument Panel can be removed without removing dash. Turbo panel has a Turbo Boost gage. That panel from '89 to '93 will work. '89-'91 are same, '92/'93 will work fine. Make sure you get same "maximum" MPH reading (my '90 SPG is 125 MPH). Just the Speedometer can also be carefully replaced, also.
I'm not positive, but I think earlier than '89 will also fit if you swap the speedo cable too? The biggest difference I know of is the '89^ cable has plastic end clip, not like the '88 and earlier.
