...search the BB on ways to remove it. Personally, I have always replaced the slave, so I just pull the old one with the aide of 2 or 3 crowbars (there was however minimal blood involved-the clutch fingers are dangerous and unforgiving). Others here have slicker methods. Do not try to cut it. The piston is too hard, and it leaves too much crud on the parts according to other posters.

Do not be intimidated. Press the clutch open by any means, find something(s) to hold it open, and pull the slave. It sounds intimidating but it is just a PIA, not a show stopper.

I suggest you replace the slave. I suggest you rebuild the master. I wish you the best of luck.
