sometimes after an oil change, you get air trapped in the oil lines in the head,,,,resulting in a loud ticking noise from lifters before they receive oil to quiet them down....If noise persists beyond 5 minutes, then you need to bleed the air out of this line by disconnecting the fuel pump relay, taking off the head cover, loosening the black bolt #5 (top right region), put cover on loosely, turn engine over ~3times, 5-10 sec/time, then tighten black bolt...reassemble...
I have this problem too, but noise quiets down after ~2 minutes so I have not performed this operation yet...but have had to do so in the past....
Worse, however, is if your engine is not getting enough oil....but I am not the person to answer that problem.
