Help resolving ongoing electrical issues

About 2 months ago I posted about having an apparent bad ground in the electrical system. It seemed so bad, that when the AC was engaged, or the thecooling fans would turn on, the car would shut off. The car has a volt meter so you could watch the voltage drop when you turned on any electrical item (brakes, fan, window switch, headlights, etc.) Also, you would get alt. whine through the speakers when the issue was occuring. So far I have replaced -
Battery
Alternator
Volt. Reg.
Battery Neg. Cable
Ran extra ground wire from alt. directly to the battery
I've also cleaned up all connections (which incidentally did not look corroded).
The problem seemed to go away after the new neg. battery cable and cleaning the positive wire junction box that is mounted on the right front fender. Last week it surfaced again. The only thing that has changed is that it has rained here. Not sure how this might effect things. The problem appears intermittent. For example, if it starts acting up, if you shut the car off and restart it, it will go away maybe for the rest of the day. . .
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
