Cranks, but won't turn over. Fuel pump?

'92 900 5 speed 150K miles. Come out of work, starts fine and immediately stalls. Now she cranks but won't turn over. It was low on gas, but the dummy light hadn't come on yet. Tow to gas station and put $10 in (about 5 gallons) and then tow home. Try to crank it and still won't go. It makes the grinding noise like it wants to go, but just won't go. Jumped my car this morning as battery was weak from multiple start attempts yesterday and still won't go. When I got home late last night, tried again. She fired for about 1/10 of a second and that was it. Only cranks now won't fire. Any thoughts?
