Try driving it down the street a bit, forwards and then in reverse. Usually the pads are rusted to the rotor (minor glitch to semi-metallics after sitting a period). The tire will drag a bit, so take it slow. If that don't take care of it, then take off the rear wheel that is stuck and take pads out, may take a bit of force to break them free. If you have a spare set or are willing to buy a spare set, then use PB blaster to break the rust down if they won't come out with some effort. Clean the rotor with some steel wool and wash it down with break cleaner, slap in the new pads and you should be good to go.
