What year is the car? Any mods? When did this start? Once the car stalls, will it restart readily or do you have to wait a while?
Have you verified the system relay and injection relay are doing what they should? I'd connect a voltmeter to each, in sequence, and observe what they do before, during, and after running. Be sure the system relay continues to give power to the LH ECU, and that the LH ECU maintains a constant ground to the fuel relay, and that the fuel relay maintains constant power to the fuel pump & injectors.
Have you watched the tach output from the Hall-Effect sensor? At the ICU? The tach signal input at the LH ECU? This is obviously difficult to measure since the time between a possible failure and the engine shutting down (and thus no more tach signal...) will be VERY brief. But without a tach signal, everything stops...
Have you done continuity tests on the LH harness (per Bentley), both before and after shutdown? Verified there aren't any shorts?
Have you checked your alternator output? Be sure you're getting at least 12v everywhere. The car will run - albeit not well - down to 10 or 11v, but if your battery is weak and/or your alternator isn't charging, it could just die. Be sure your grounds for the LH system and the main battery grounds are good as well.
If this is an LH 2.2 car, have you tried running with the AMM disconnected? It will run like crap, but it should start & run. LH 2.4 probably will not. As Nash suggested, be sure you've got the proper (blue) connector on the coolant temp sensor.
Those are my thoughts off the top of my head...
