if it's a four door you can get power from the inside light on the left side and drive it that way. we did that for about four weeks until we figured out our problem. (if you do this be sure and disconnect the power when leaving the car!)
your's may, or may not, be the same situation as ours.
I forget if your model year has the lower bolster or not? if not then it's easy (er)!.
Procedure follows:
open drivers door
squat on ground and place right hand on hood release lever
move right hand up past lever and eventually you will find three parallel same size connectors
wiggle the middle connector and pull to to the right (away from fender) to disconnect, then replace. repeat.
then try to start without using the FP power jumper.
there is a signal in that middle connector that deals with the fuel pump. we traced it, did the bentley checks, did the two relays you are talking about, all to no avail. So we traced the rest of the diagram and figured out the signal goes through that connector, the contacts must have gotten dirty/old/tired/stupid or something. those three connectors take a ton of signals/wires from inside the car to the underside of the fuse block in the engine compartment. perhaps vibration or who knows what is causing this. my wife and son are now qualified in this procedure. we figured this out about 2 years ago, and have had to use it about 5 times since.
let us know how you fare?
