I used OEM mount, so nothing to offer there. I did not have to take off the radiator. I did remove the hood just for access, but that probably would not be necessary, and one of the fans, drivers side I think. The broken MM came out easy in parts, like yours. The only tricky part was getting the new one back in - I carefully lifted the engine with a floor jack an inch or so to get enough clearance to get the new mount in.
