Sticky clutch ...hard to push

I have just recently installed a heavy duty cluth into the 88 saab 900 turbo. The 9" disk is great that there is no more slippage but...
the clutch is much harder to push than before and it takes a while for it to return.
It feels like the MC takes a while to retract?? I put new seals in the MC and the little cylynder behind the pedal.
What could the problem be here????
