The Shelby wheels came in two versions/colors.
Silvervane - polished rim with black spokes.
Goldvane - same with gold spokes.
I don't think the Shelbys and Ronal 8-spokes were available at the same time. I have an '86 900s 2-door that was in the local showroom in '86 with the Silvervanes.
The 8-spoke Ronals were 5.5 wide for the earlier cars and 6.0 wide for the later/9000 bolt pattern. They look identical except that the locator pin hole comes all the way thru and shows.
There was another all silver painted 8-spoke for the 9000, 15x6 , with a flat center that uses the recessed blue Saab Scania Griffin center cap and has recessed bolt holes.
The wheels shown on the Sonett II are not Shelby's. Whoever put the article together - or added the picture, blew it.
