Yep, as the other poster said you didn't get one side of the ribbon connector seated. the GOOD news is that you should be able to do it from the left speaker! BTDT (been there, done that). reach in and push the connector on the left side towards the middle, and then reach around to the right side of the cluster and pull the connector towards the middle. PLEASE DO THIS WITH THE ENGINE AND KEY IN THE OFF POSITION... just in case! :)
