...and odds are they have the heater units in them. If not, you can transfer them from the old to the new seats. You will need a hog ring pliers and some hog rings (you get those from auto interior shoppes and perhaps Fleabay).
That being said, I am perhaps the only one in here who does not like heated seats. I pulled the fuse and disconnected the wires for them on my Saab and on my Durango. I have seen people get burned badly. I have seen one car almost burn up, except for the driver's quick thinking.
I lived where the temps went below -40 routinely. I never used the heated seats. I always figured if I was dressed warm enough to survive the weather, the heated seats were not necessary. (When I played chicken with the gas guage one night this theory paid off and I did not wind up like poor Mr. Kim in this rural area).
That being said, I am in a minority when it comes to removing the heated seats. Most people here like them.
