1. Try to locate a point where you have B+ for the headlights.
2. check to see if you have B+ at the conector on the back of the light.
3. If you don't, try checking for B+ the headlight fuses. You did check to see if the low beam fuses are good?
My left light quit. After trying the easy fix, bulb and fuses, I got out the meter and discovered the connector is bad.
Grounds can be a problem, as one of the other posters mentions. If you have B+ at the connector, but no illumination, suspect a ground (it completes the current path) problem.
