It does look very nice. My only concern (as with any car) would be to check extremely carefully for rust given its East coast location. Scrutinize the front wheel arches and poke around vigorously underneath the car where the lower a-arms mount to the body (particularly on the passenger side). I've seen some great looking cars that appear absolutely perfect but have the dreaded a-arm rot. In many cases i honestly believe that the owners were not aware of the situation. Any kind of substantial rust at the a-arm or bubbles on the fenders reduces the car to the $1000-$1500 range(in my biased salt-free west coast opinion). All that said, the visible warning signals for significant rust elsewhere appear pretty clean in the photos (license plate brackets, door sills engine bay)
Also check carefully the function of the automatic belts on this car. At $3900 i would expect them to work. To my mind these may be a good bargaining chip on price because they are extremely expensive (if not impossible)for a shop to repair and represent a valid life-safety issue. Replacement with manual belts is a relatively cheap diy project.
