...and get some Aluminum or galvanized steel posts that you then screw into the bumper. They will hang down, and drill a hole to accept the foglights.
A lot of people struggle to buy the Saab foglight mounting kits. Honestly, all you need is a drill, some 6 inch galvanized or Aluminum flat stock posts, and a few self tapping screws. Pull the bumper (2 Torx screws hold it on along with several trim screws. Measure and use duct tape to hold stuff in place, place back on the car. If it looks right pull the bumper off and drill tap and screw in place. If you are lucky, the holes will be pre-tapped in the rear of the bumper and all you will need to do is drill the flatstock to match. Don't worry about the third hole making an L shape. It is overkill.
This is a 1/2 to 3/4 hour job at most. It will make your car look great, and the lights are super helpful.
