...Just get a GM style 2-3 foot cable and ground to the rear general grounding point in the trunk.
I did not bother with a kit. I got 2 guage wire and fluxed and soldered both ends. I then screwed a battery connector to one end and I squeezed a copper bung/cap watever you call it, onto the other side. I then smashed the copper bung/end cap with a hole/whatever you call it on with a hammer and heated with a blowtorch to reflow the solder. I attached the copper bung side to the starter and the battery clamp side to the batt. Now I have a solid corrosion proof fit on either side. I don't think I spent more than 30 bucks.
