What are you trying to do, replace the lens or the entire assembly? In either case, replacing the lens (glass assembly) will be easier (I think) if you first remove the entire headlight assembly. For that you have to remove the two top screws, the two smal nuts that attach the corner/turn signal assembly and a bolt on a bottom bracket. Then, after you disconnect the wiring and bulb sockets, the corner light assembly and headlight assembly will come out. They are held together with a single screw. You can then replace the headlignt assembly or pop the glass out of the two ball sockets and replace the glass assembly (Be very careful). If you search headlights on this board you find other tips.
