At 190k I changed all four of mine figuring they'd opened and closed half a billion times over the life of the car. You can get new injectors and seals from site sponsors. Otherwise, go out one morning and look at the fuel lines and see if any of them have bubbles in them.
Usually residual pressure problems are the result of leaking fuel lines or a bad pressure accumulator, located under the rear seat outside. Don't forget to check the cold start injector.
Also on the list are old/fouled/improperly gapped spark plugs (last winter I had starting issues like that and a new set of plugs helped tremendously), and the usual vacuum leaks, dirty throttle, dirty mixture flow plate, and sticking idle control valve.
