There are two of them, one high pressure and one low. On the other hand, with the compressor not running both show the same pressure after the system stabilizes. But it's probablyl easiest to unscrew the cap on the low pressure side...it's on the aluminum can/header assembly on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
If you use your finger you might freeze it...a screwdriver or punch works.
Note that you would be venting whatever refrigerant is in the system to atmosphere which is a greenie no-no. But not illegal if you're doing it yourself rather than for pay in most states (dunno about California...probably a crime there). Alternatively you can go to a service place and have them pump out the R-12 or whatever it is.
But if you have to ask how to relieve the pressure on the condenser I suspect you're probably not up to the job and should have the system serviced (replacing a condenser?) by a reputable Saab independent. By the way, replacing the condenser can be an iffy proposition...I've warned many people that the threads on the connectors can be easily stripped because they've corroded/welded to the nuts on the connecting hoses. Before you try to remove the nuts try soaking the threads in aerokroil or PBlaster or liquid wrench...my preference in that order.
