Southwest and garage overnight....

And they seem to last forever... About the only thing that SW cars get is alot of sunshine during the day when parked outside. If you are lucky you can park inside, I was only able to do it for about 18 months but was often on the road (like the million mile Saab) so it didn't completely count. I have over 700,000 miles spread over three saabs, traded one in and still have the other two, looks of San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles traffic, the typical stop and go, and go and go faster... Just what a Saab is good at doing.
I have come to the conclusion that being parked in a garage (and one that is attached to the house so it gets some temperature stability) makes a car last 4x longer. No overnight moisture on everything, a smaller cool down to warm up range in temp, basically a better situation all the way around.
My last five cars that were purchased new benefited from this and all lasted far longer than the average, and not all of them were Saabs either!
