I feel your pain. This happened on my left front. I took it to the hillbilly shop and asked them to compress the spring and refit it to the upper perch. Well, about three strikes with a very long and large iron bar, and it was back home. I would have done it a little more scientifically, but sometimes brute force solves the problem too. I think mine was out about 2 inches, so I would think that yours would need compression and then be reset into the perch. As the old Swede said......never force anyting........just use biggah hammah.
