It depends if you want an overpriced chevy with saab name stamped on everything. They are a great looking car like all saabs but that is the only thing that they have in common with the old cars. My Mother bought a 9-5 sharp looking and has been very dependable thus far with outstanding gas mileage but changing the oil is about the only DIY job on the car, so if you don't mind paying the $$$ to the dealer when something goes wrong then buy it, I don't know about the price or what 9-3's are worth ck ebay/carmax. My dad has a 95 900ng 2.0 turbo 5spd and it has been a good car, but working on it is no fun. Luckily I had a newer DI cassette from an old 9000 we junked that went at 110k and saved big $$$. My Sister had a V6 auto 95 900ng total piece of junk which made me biased against the new ones in the first place.
