A valve job is by definition an adjustment of valve tappet clearance against the camshaft. On cars with hydraulic lifters, which is all cars now, including the C900, there is no adjustment. A valve job is impossible. However it is possible to have valve rattle similar to the sound made by an old engine with mechanical lifters if the hydraulic lifter system is bad. Is this what you mean? If so, I wouldn't know what to tell you but someone here probably will. Could be clogged oil galleries, as one possibility. Or possibly bad lifters.
