All you need is the length and the ends. the ends are metric and a standard thread.
Unscrew your old line (cut it where you need to if it makes it easier) and take it to an aeroquip hose dealer.
worst case is he'll have to use your ends and swage/connect them to aeroquip hose. You want teflon lined high pressure s/s hose.
MAKE SURE your use rubber-lined clamps ANYWHERE the stainless steel hose comes close or touchs anything else. It WILL eat/rub through anything on your car if it touches and vibrates.
Also, the hose is NOT proof against battery acid. I had SS oil line on remote bypass filter for 8 years and only when I moved the hose/filter setup to new car did I notice that battery acid fumes or whatever had eaten away a patch of SS...the teflon hose held (relatively low pressure hot oil) but I'm not sure it would have held with high pressure hydraulic...although again the pressure in the hydraulic clutch is probably not that high...or at least not as high as brake fluid lines.
