I do not believe mileage can be measured on one tank.
Techron can;t do anythign like you have seen. Actually, IMHO, its good stuff and ought to be used every oil change.
I also use Sea Foam, sucked into the engine via a vac hose, and have seen it help responsiveness and mileage
Actually, my 93 900 usually gets 20-22 and I kinda question values much beyond this. I've 10,000 miles+ of fillup data in a notebook and there is always a variation from one fillup to another.
