Unfortunately there is no canadian site sponsor. Like you I have suffered through the poor service to Canada too many times. Usually it would take close to 2 weeks with the projected delivery times being pushed back 2 or 3 times while the package sat in customs for up to 5 days. Even more infuriating, for the pleasure of receiving a very late delivery i would be charged a $60 "brokerage fee" either when i received the package (rarely) or in the mail via a collections agency 3 months late (claiming that UPS had "exhausted every effort to contact me" despite never bothering to call me at the phone numbers i had listed). UPS is pretty much the worst for this and unfortunately this is the shipper that Eeuroparts uses.
I eventually found this operation: http://www.autopartsonlinecanada.com. I've ordered twice from them with no major problems so it gets my cautious endorsement. Their selection and knowledge is not as good as the site sponsors, and you have to be careful about the brand names of the parts you are ordering (the waterpumps, for example are the cheap ones that this board warns against using and they don't seem to know that saab alternator belts are sold in pairs). The upside is that the prices are better than anything i can get locally and even the "free shipping" can get sometimes get you your stuff to you as soon as the next day (depending on where the items happen to be drop-shipped from). Also, if you really need a part fast you can get overnight shipping for a reasonable price.
