Front Fender hit, what to do

Folks,
I own a very sweet 1990 SPG. Recently, the front right fender lip was caved in by a truck in a parking lot, about a 8-10inch section. I understand that these are unibody front ends and that the fender is attached by welds. Also, I noticed that the fender seemed to be rusting from the inside out where the car was hit, so it appears I have some rust issues to deal with.
I don't want to loose the original stickers and such that are on the fenders.
So here are my questions.
1) Does anyone make a replacement panel, that is not a full fender?
2) Does anyone know a body shop in Northern Virginia that still shoots single stage paint (car is the taladegga red color)?
3) Does anyone know a good test to see how much rust is in the inner fender walls?
Thank you for your responses.
