Does anyone know a trick to removing the trim ring aroung the fuel pump housing of a 1993 900s? I know there is a special tool but doubt my local dealer will be willing to lend it out. I tried to fab one up from some metal stock I had around the garage but its just not thick enough and keeps warping. The one in my Bentley looks pretty beefy but I'd like to take care of it this weekend, and not deal with a metal shop next week unless I have to. Thanks for your thoughts.
