Unfortunately the more frequently you do the job the better you get...
the clutch disc can move about on the PP to some degree while you drop the parts in, but then reposition with the screwdriver before the PP seats entirely on the 3 studs. once the pp seats, the disc can spin and move about slightly as you push the shaft thru.
i found a wonderful litle wrench to undo and tighten the three hex head bolts holding the slave to the tranny housing.. it even ratchets ! its one of those kits of bits in a red plastic holder, and a ratchet about 3 inches long. before that i was using an l-shaped hex wrench that i had shortened on the short L side to clear the slave 'ring' that protrudes. very slow and patience testing..
