Justin,
I have purchased 3 tops from convertibletopsonline.com. They sell the Happich cloth (German) for just over $300. The top is actually comprised of three parts, the top, the rear window assembly, and the headliner. That price is for the top only. If you need the rear window assembly that will cost you another $250. I would suggest that you replace the top yourself. It is time consuming but not rocket science. You will be very proud of your accomplishment when you finish. Pat Price has an excellent writeup for doing it. Your immediate problem is getting the water out of your car. Your car will get funky rather quickly unless you deal with the problem soon. The only way to get it out is to remove the interior. There is soundproofing material under the carpeting that acts like huge sponges and I don't think they will dry unless you remove them.
