You used wires that were not Bougicord
You used a coil that was not Bosch
Make sure your spark plugs are NGK
Make sure all connections to Hall sensor, ignition amplifier, AMM and O2 sensor and intake manifold sensor are properly connected. Make sure all new wires are properly constructed and connected.
Also, with this many mods, you need to disconnect the battery for 1/2 hour, then reconnect it. That reboots the computer. The computer needs to be re-booted so it can learn its new system.
You should only modify 1 thing at a time in the future. That way you know which thing caused the car to stop.
