Saturday my wife was backing into the driveway in our Volvo XC wagon. She saw that the 9-5 was parked on the street so she just went backwards, ignoring the fact that my 1994 900TC was sitting in the driveway as well. I cam out the front door ro see the rear bumper of the Volvo on top of the front end of the 900. Needless, I freaked out, told her to pull forward and started running down repair figures in my head. Not so bad though. I re-attached the grill realigned one headlight and reattached the delicate little headlight wipers all in a matter of 5 minutes. Unfortunately she broke the right headlight bracket and the hood has a nice dent right below the ornament. I wish the 9-5 had been in the driveway instead of the 900. Or perhaps I wish that we had a less behemoth wagon than the XC. Or, most of all, I wish my wife had used the rearview mirror.
