Edward,
Lots of possibilities here. You say that you have replaced the cap, plugs and wires and that you have spark and fuel. Did you do that because of the no starting problem or was the car able to start until the components were replaced? If the later, then most likely you installed the new wires in the wrong order, installed the cap wrong or otherwise upset the secondary ignition system. (What about the rotor?) Having pressurized fuel at the fuel rail of a previously running car is a good sign but to be sure that the fuel is getting past the injectors you should pull a spark plug after a bit of cranking and see if it's wet with fuel. If so then pull the other three and check. If all the plugs are wet with fuel then it's logical to suspect an ignition system fault. To check spark with certainty pull a plug wire from a plug, draw back the boot and lay the tip of the wire so that it's about 1/4" from a good engine ground. Have someone crank the car while you watch for a good, hot spark. Don't do this too long, it's not good for the ignition system. If you have no spark or a weak or intermittent spark then you are back to checking the ignition components with any that were just replaced or adjusted being the prime suspects. If the plug wires are installed in the wrong order or if the distributor is rotated beyond a certain point the engine will not start. These distributor caps can be a little tricky to seat properly too. If the "no start" problem is unassociated with the component replacements then you may have a bad ignition amplifier. They are known to stop working suddenly and you'll have no spark at all. Barring the advanced diagnostics you just swipe one from any '85-'88 turbo 900 (or '82-'88 8 valve 900) and see if it makes yours start. I'll stop now until we hear from you again, good luck.
