I too was recently looking for a car and thinking along similar lines as you. The fact is that the days of using C900's as daily drivers is fast coming to a close (and yes it's sad). They are just getting too rare. Let me put it to you this way. If you were to find a truly pristine, low mileage C900 would you really want to subject to the rigors of everyday driving? Would you want to drive it in snow and salt, leave it parked in the sun all day, leave it to get it's doors wacked in the lot, and let it get highway road rash all over the front? I ultimately concluded I wouldn't. My C900TC is a strictly a weekend car. For everyday driving I bought an NG900 which I like a lot, but to my mind it's a "throw-away" car. For what a really nice C900 would cost you, you can buy a 9-5--a much better choice for the day to day grind.
