I had that happen to me last year! The shaft to the clutch MC was not adequately staked into the receiver. It fell out and it took some time and frustration to discover that this new part was the culprit. I had originally blamed the new slave cylinder and was about to tear the whole thing back apart when I noticed that pumping the pedal didn't push any fluid. End result was to tear down the new MC and stake the shaft back in with a mallet and punch. Although I've usually had good success with Eeuroparts, this aftermarket item is definitely junk. You may want to call them to discuss.
Good luck,
Matt
