chaz is correct that hose needs to be connected to a pcv (one way check valve) eeuroparts have them, or im sure if you run to and auto store and ask for a pcv check valve they would carry one in stock for round 3 buxs
perhaps more.
the valve will allow air pressure from the valve cover to the intake manifold, the check valve is there so the pressure in the intake manifold from the turbo dose not follow up the line into the valve cover (blowing the gasket)
the line needs to be hooked up,
seeing at the moment it cant, put a plug in the open line (the one Chaz has mentioned) and get the new check valve and install it.
