Of course it depends upon how much money you want to spend... and how many miles are on the car and how long you intend to keep it.
But while you have things opened up I'd consider the upper and lower ball joints, you already have one end of them off at this stage, and look very closely at the wheel bearing too. Also checkout the condition of the caliper, there are rebuild kits with the O rings and such, and last would be the tierod ends. I suspect you will be getting an alignment done with lowered springs to keep the camber and caster in spec so doing tierod ends which may move your toe in/out a bit would also be covered in the alignment. Then you should be good for another 100k miles or so!
