A previous poster on this board (link below) mentioned how he had 2 clutch master cylinders fail shortly after installation. My second one just failed. Lasted only 2 months. In both cases the clevis pin separated from the pushron to which it is staked.

Both of these were obtained from Eeuroparts and they were the TRW cylinder. Both of these failures have occurred away from home necessitating a tow and and a garage to R&R the part. This is getting inconvenient and expensive.

eEuro is standing behind the part, but suggests there must be something wrong with my car that causes this break. Is there anyone here that might be able to suggest what that could be? The original cylinder lasted 175K with no sign of this problem. It came out and the first new one went in and lasted a month. The second lasted 2 months. Same failure - same part.
