First of all, 75ma is a little high, but not outrageous. Typical is 25-35 ma. But 75ma shouldn't be an issue.
Items that will always draw power - clock and radio. The radio has two power sources - one switched through the key, and one on all the time to keep the memory alive, and let the radio know it is still in the car (anti-theft). The fuse for the always-on bus for the radio is typically behind the radio in the cage.
If you have an anti-theft system, that will pull power. The ECU also pulls a small amount of power.
Additionally, you should always wait at least 30 seconds to a minute after reconnecting power to read the current. Many devices will pull higher current for that amount of time before settling down to the quiescent level. And make sure that the doors are closed, and if the hood is open, to make sure the hood switch is depressed - an switch showing an open door pulls power.
Why are you chasing parasitic draw issues?
