Yes, you can grab used mounts from a junkyard: remove the nut from the a-arm end, remove the bolts holding the mount to the body, push the a-arm away from the body with the pry bar, slide mount off. If the bushing is rusted on and you can't bang it off with some Big Tool, then skip it. (If you happen upon a car with no engine, you can use a mount from the driver side.)
You can remove an old bushing from a mount using a propane torch -- takes 2 minutes, tops: burn the bushing out (stinks/smoky, but fast).
When removing the old mount, be sure not to lose any alignment shims -- they must go back exactly as they came out or you'll need an alignment (I tape them together).
You can push in a new one without a press: use spray silicone or soap/water to lubricate, a small socket to drive the bushing, a larger socket whose I.D. is a bit larger than the bushing O.D., and a nut/bolt/washers.
Big socket faces in, flush against mount so that bushing shoulder can come all the way through mount.
For the forward mount, if you have no issues with rust, and you have no problems getting the new bushing in, I'd say you're looking at about an hour's work, obviously less if you were able to get another mount from the junkyard.
