I've replaced the bumper a couple of time on these cars and there are bolt holes that the fog light brackets bolt right on to. If you don't have the appropriate brackets, then the best i can tell you is that the lights mount right underneath the larger openings of the air dam. The middle of the lights should be centered on the outside of the front bumper license plate holder.... hope that helps. - On one of my 900's i bought a set of aftermarket fog lights and just attached them to the actual bumper cover where i thought they looke most like stock, so that is an option for you.... I atached the only photo i could find with the fog lights on to try and give you and idea.....
