I just drove from NY to Oregon last week in a 1990 900 non turbo/manual and I have a few nagging problems that I'd like resolved before continuing the trip up to Anchorage. Help would be great!

First - the check engine light has been on intermittently previous to and during the trip. I took the codes before the trip which said O2 sensor, vaccuum leaks or AMM. Changed the O2 sensor, took the car to a mechanic with a smoke machine and fixed all the vaccum leaks. The CEL didn't come on again until after about 500 miles. At this point the idle was a little off, but the car had good power and drivability. After another 1200 miles, the car seemed to have a little less power with some idle dips at stop lights, but still drove fine and I continued on to Oregon. Went to Atomic Auto and got an air mass meter, installed it, cleared the codes, and the CEL came back after 1 hr of driving. Any suggestions?

Second - Before the trip, I noticed a rattling noise around the drive chain/clutch area when idling. Took off the drive chain cover and the tensioner appeared immovable on one side instead of having the normal easy play. Took it out and cleaned it up, which seemed to fix the movement problem. Put it back in and the rattle was gone. After about 700 miles, it was back. Should I be worried about this? The only change I notice in driving is a slight hesitation when going into gear.

Third - For the last two days the oil pressure light has been staying on for approx. 1 sec after cold starting the car. I read a post about Pennzoil oil filters, and indeed I had the oil changed at a Jiffy Lube in North Dakota. Should I go ahead and get the oil changed again with a different filter even though it's only been 1300 miles?

I appreciate the help!
