At this point anything you do w/o knowing the fuel pressure at the time the engine quits is anything but a guess.
If you have adequate fuel pressure when the engine dies, it's spark, either coil, wires, cap and rotor, or ignition amplifier. Weird things like bad/poor battery, bad charging, weak grounds aside.
If you don't have adequate fuel pressure when it dies, you have a bad fuel pump or prepump (lotsa gas in the tank when this happens in hot weather?) or other injection issues.
You can guess all you want and replace the standard suspects but I would recommend you install a fuel pressure gauge. Figure a $100 or so for a transmitter/gauge from Summit Racing.
Tap a banjo bolt to get the high pressure reading, screw in the transmitter and wire it into the car..DO NOT use a mechanical fuel pressure gauge with an in-cabin gauge...fuel in car is generally a bad idea, especially if it leaks.....
