If not losing fluid, then problem in either MC or SC.
It IS possible for rebuilds to go bad...one source of problems is Castrol LMA DOT4...it eats the seals in my Girling brake MC's...twice before I figured it out. Took about 13 months...beyond the one year warranty. Buy Autozone lifetime guaranteed parts! And then use ATE Blue racing brake fluid.
If you're losing fluid, clearly it's leaking. Only two places it can go, realistically. Out the slave or out the lines with pinholes or connections.
Once I had a leak at the junction between the flexible brake line at the right front caliper and the body...I had replaced the rubber lines with aeroquip and several years later the leak appeared....big wet spot at the connection on the body. All I had to do was remove the line at the caliper and tighten the connection almost two whole turns and reattach! Point is a connection might have loosened.
If you're losing fluid and the leak isn't obvious, try putting some fluorescent dye into the brake master cylinder reservoir, bleed the clutch slave (adding more dye as you refill the master cylinder) a half pint or so to get the dye down to the slave, and then work the clutch a bunch. The leak should show up with a black light.
