hey jon im looking for other people in chicagoland to talk too that have a 900 i just got one and im missing some hoses and im burning alot of gas. i bought a 1988 16v turbo and its running ok but wants to die out after starting it seems like a fuel problem and also a vacuum problem as well. i need to look at others engines and see what im missing and where the hoses go. i know that there is a large hose on the left side by the brake booster that goes from booster to engine but then i have a odd connector that seems to get air from the engine to the brakes maybe, brakes get soft after about 30 seconds of the pedal being pressed down, the connector has two other smaller outputs on each side it doesn't look stock(white in color) and they are just spitting out air and i have no clue what to do if i plug them the car stales out. do you think maybe you can take a pic of this and email me back so i can see where your hoses are going? Also i have no docs on this car and the the vacuum line diagram is very hard to find. if you have any info like this please let me know... would like to meet up and chat and learn more about this beautiful car only 1 spot of rust on the gas cap flap and the turbo gauge doesnt move but im in love with it.
